Call it a comeback

Tiger's comeback is about to be overshadowed

Annnnnd we’re back! After a long, long Tiger Woods-esque hiatus (sans the car accident and subsequent mistress revelations), I’m ready to get back into the writing business. Apologies to all my faithful readers that lived and died with my every word — I hope you’ll give me another chance.

My hiatus had its roots in December and went full-fledged in January due to an increasingly busy schedule, and though I’ve still got my hands full at the moment, I’m ready to make some time for what I’m still gunning for to be a full-time career. Plus, who could resist the urge to weigh in on the always-thrilling sports scene in our fair city? Jays going all the way this year? Who’s with me?!

I must say, it feels good to be back. It’s a mighty fine time of year, too: Final Four weekend, Opening Day at Fenway on Sunday and playoff time looming in the NBA and NHL. Yep, that means I’m back just in time to watch the LeBrons steamroll Toronto’s only playoff team in Chris Bosh’s farewell tour. Should be a riot.

Anyway, thanks to those reading this — stay tuned, plenty of goods to come.
